ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to issue a direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute, which is the subject matter in OS No.270/2023 on the file of Sub Judge, Melur. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent as against the petitioner enquiry has been conducted. Since it is a civil dispute between the parties, they were directed to work out their remedies through appropriate civil forum and the said complaint was closed. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication.
