By order, dated 15.12.2023 this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Now, the Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.723 dated 13.08.2025 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the Order, dated 15.12.2023.

3.Considering the request made by the Learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai time is extended further for a period of eight months.
