Mr.N.Muthuvijayan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor makes a statement that the order dated 13.04.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.3993 of 2023 has been complied with and three individuals are departmentally proceeded against and actions have also been initiated under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994.
