ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to conclude the investigation in Crime No.380 of 2025 dated 08.06.2025 and file a final report. 1/3

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to investigation in Crime No.380 of 2025, the respondent had closed the FIR as 'mistake of fact' and filed a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli and the Referred Charge Sheet notice has also been served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
