This petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in M.C.No.4 of 2011, dated 20.01.2011 and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
