This writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet maintained by the third respondent in H.S.No.54 of 2008. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the second and third respondents. On receipt of the same, the same shall be dealt with in line with the guidelines issued by this Court in Thirumagan vs The Superintendent Of Police, reported in 2018(4) MLJ Crl. 585 and the decision shall be taken within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt 2/4

of representation of the petitioner.
