ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents.

2. It is not in dispute that at the instance of the fourth respondent, survey was conducted on 15.05.2023. All that the petitioner seeks is copy of the survey report.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to serve the copy of the survey report on the petitioner forthwith and without any delay.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
