This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent as it is purely civil in nature.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complain given by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and they have not harassed the petitioner. Thereafter, the main complaint lodged by the third respondent was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

abovesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
