ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 379 of IPC and 4(1)(1A),21(5) of Mines and Minerals (D&R) Act, 1957, in Crime No.54 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order of this Court, dated 01.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14881 of 2021. However, due to Covid-19 pandemic, he could not comply with the conditions in time. Hence, seeking https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

No.21338 of 2023 anticipatory bail this petition has been filed. 3.Since the petitioner has already granted with anticipatory bail, he could seek only for extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed therein.
