ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner to written representation dated 30.09.2024 and pass orders within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court and grant layout approval to the petitioner for house plot 62 to 68 n Registration No.DTCP/L/0241227/2017.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and the same was rejected on 20.11.2024.

4.In view of the same, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
