ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to consider the petitioner's application dated 15.12.2023 for grant of badge licence for Drivers post upon a further representation dated 29.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has still not uploaded his documents and also not remitted fees for considering his application. He had also produced the screen shot of the online portal. Hence, he would submit that without the petitioner uploading the documents and remitting the fees, his application cannot be considered.

3. Since the petitioner had not complied with the requirements for grant of badge licence, the writ petition as prayed for cannot be entertained. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to comply with

all the formalities. As and when the petitioner complies with the formalities, the first respondent shall consider his application on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of the petitioner complying with the formalities.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
