ORDER

These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the learned Fast track court Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai to expedite 1/4

the conduct of the proceedings of the complaints in STC Nos. 356 and 357 of 2022 within a stipulated time period that may be fixed by this court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that eventhough the cases were registered in the year 2021, so far no progress is made. Sofar the trial has not commenced and it is still at the initial stage itself.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (Fast track court), Madurai, to expedite the trial process in both the cases and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, these Criminal Original Petition is allowed. 28.11.2023 NCC :
