ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to complete the enquiry and initiate necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.08.2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry has been undertaken and considering the nature of civil dispute, parties were directed to work out their remedies before appropriate civil forum.

3.In view of the nature of civil dispute, this petition stands dismissed. No costs.
