ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the amount deposited by the first respondent to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.199 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Karur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that they are disputing the negligence, liability and the quantum of award fixed by the Tribunal.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the first respondent on filing necessary application before the Tribunal. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
