ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.617 of 2023 dated 04.06.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the second contemnor is present before this Court. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the committee constituted under POSH Act has already submitted a report.

3. It is seen from the records that in respect of the first contemnor is concerned, he has already complied with the direction of this Court by depositing Rs.50,000/- before the High Court Legal Service Authority attached to this Bench.
