ORDER

The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 1/4

118(1), 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.329 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has already filed a petition seeking anticipatory bail before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to prosecute the petition pending before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
