Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the respondent Nos.3 and 4 by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.08.2025. ORDER

This petitioner has filed this Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take necessary action against the respondent Nos.3 and 4 by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out in said complaint and the same would be completed within two weeks.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry, after giving notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondents shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondents, he may seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
