ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants the registering authority to register the petition mentioned sale deed. The third respondent temple had staked their claim in the matter. The Hon'ble Division Bench of the Madras High Court in a decision reported in 2017 (3) CTC 135 (Sudha Ravi Kumar Vs. The Special Commissioner & Commissioner and others) had outlined the procedure to be followed in such cases. Enquiry has to be done by the second respondent. The second respondent will hold enquiry in terms of the guidelines laid down in the aforesaid judgment. 2/4

The entire exercise shall be completed by the second respondent within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the third respondent are left open. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
