ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order permitting the petitioner to effect substituted service on the 1st respondent by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil daily newspapers in the Kanyakumari edition, in C.M.P.(MD)No.7493 of 2025 in C.M.A. (MD)SR No.13557 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
