ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the first respondent to return the pending Document No.197 of 2024, dated 03.10.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, since already the property in question got registered and the original document was handed over to the purchaser.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If at all any grievance over the sale of the subject property, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court in the manner known to law, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
