O R D E R

After submitting a representation dated 25.08.2025 for a survey of the land in survey No.27/7 and to provide the survey report in relation thereto, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He has placed on record a notice for a survey on 30.07.2025 wherein it is recorded as "ehd;F gf;f vy;iyfs; mse;J fhz;gpf;fg;gl;ld." Thus, he submits that the survey was concluded. He submits that a copy of the survey report would be provided to the petitioner within one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to hand over a copy of the survey report to the petitioner within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a 2/4
