The petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.2, in M.C.No.52 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent. This application has been filed under the provisions of Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the order passed in M.C.52 of 2013, dated 18.05.2013, by the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions would submit that the First Information Reports pertaining to this petition were closed as "further action dropped".
