This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry, based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 25.11.2024.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint of the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 05.12.2024. A closure report has also been produced.
