ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120(B), 406, 420, 465 and 468 IPC in Crime No.12 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P (MD) No.18043 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court on merits on 21.10.2024. This Court does not find any change in circumstances to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

3.Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
