ORDER

This petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner to put up a compound wall in the petitioner's subject property.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.696 of 2023 and the same was closed on 09.10.2023 by the second respondent Police.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 13.12.2024 Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TSG 2/4
