ORDER
This petitioner has filed this Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.06.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the second respondent on 26.06.2025.
3. Recording the said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to her to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
