ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) The writ petition is filed for removal of unauthorised structure in Survey No.195/5, at Urappanur Bit-1 (Keezhaurappanur), Kokkulam Circle, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. 2/5

2.The status report has been filed by the third respondent stating that the entire illegal constructions in the subject property have been removed, except the old temple under the worship of the villagers. Photographs to that effect are also produced before this Court. 3.Being satisfied with the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the encroachments were removed except the old temple, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
