This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw the investigation in connection with Cr.No.281 of 2013 pending on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to any other competent officer of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the intervenor.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the case has been closed as mistake of fact and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ referred charge sheet notice has also been served.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
