Since prima facie case is made out against the proposed accused Nos.1 to 3 which is cognizable/non bailable and to proceed with the investigation independently and fairly without any bias or hindrance. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR against the proposed accused 1 to 3 in the light of the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul, dated 07.11.2022 in Cr.M.P.No.18632/2022.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, in Cr.M.P.No.18632/202, dated 07.11.2022, enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner was failed to produce relevant documents to show the alleged cheating. Hence the complaint was closed. Closure report was also submitted to the concerned Court on 11.01.2023.

3. In view of the above submission, let the petitioner be served with another copy of the closure report, so that he can work out remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court. 2/4

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
