ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner from the respondents 3 and 4 and their men.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaints given by the petitioner and counter party, enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent and the matters are pending before the second respondent. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry by issuing summons to both the parties and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible. At this stage, there is no question of granting police protection involved in this matter. 4.With the above directions, this petition stands disposed of. 27.11.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet: Yes/ No PNM 2/4
