ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to initiate appropriate legal actions based on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.10.2023 in the light of the Judgment passed in HCP No.1454 of 2014 by the Division Bench of Madras High Court within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that a complaint has been given by the petitioner under Section Man Missing on 30.10.2023. So far action has not been taken.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, today a FIR has been registered by the second respondent. 2/4
