ORDER

This revision petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Sub Judge, Manamadurai in I.A.No.1 of 2022, dated 01.11.2023 in unnumbered A.S.No.... of 2022.

2. Considering the over all circumstances of the issue, this Court has passed an order dated 18.02.2025, directing the revision petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the respondents as compensation, for the inconvenience caused to them.

3. In continuance of the order dated 18.02.2025, today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have deposited the amount before the trial Court namely Subordinate Court, Manamadurai on 19.03.2025, as directed by this Court. The compliance of the order dated 18.02.2025 is recorded.

4. In view of the compliance of the order of this Court, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. No costs.
