By this miscellaneous petition, the petitioner seeks to implead the third and fourth respondents as parties to the writ petition on the ground that they are the owners of adjoining lands.

2. Upon receipt of notice, the third and fourth respondents entered appearance through counsel. Counsel is not present today. Upon examining the averments in the affidavit filed in support and being satisfied that the third and fourth respondents are at least proper parties to the petition, this impleading petition is allowed. Consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the amendments in the main writ petition.
