ORDER
The petitioner/accused No.2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.11.2024 for the offences under Sections 318(4) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.1291 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner continues to take treatment before the Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital, Chennai. In view of the same, the interim bail granted in favour of the petitioner is made absolute.
