The above petition has been filed seeking orders to amend the petitioner's name as Raj Kumar @ Kokki Kumar instead of Raja Kumar @Kokki Kumar in Crl.A(MD) No.907 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and issue notice to the third respondent returnable by 06.10.2025. Private Notice is also permitted.

4.Post the matter on 06.10.2025.
