This petition has been filed to withdraw the I.D.O.P.No.207 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur and transfer the same to Family Court, Trichy.

2.The facts in brief:

The marriage between the parties was held on 10.12.2021. But no children were born out of the wedlock. Thereafter, the wife was ill treated by the husband and isolated from her family. In the meantime, the husband filed I.D.O.P.No.207 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur. Since the petitioner being a lady cannot travel such long distance to attend every hearing in Thanjavur. 3.Heard the counsels on either side.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection to transfer the case.

5.In view of the above said submissions, I.D.O.P.No.207 of 2023 filed by the respondent on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Trichy. 2/4

5.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.02.2024 NCC :
