ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.09.2023 and conduct proper enquiry. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is conducted by the second respondent. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to enquire the matter by summoning the petitioner as well as the concerned parties and dispose the same, within a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
