ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to not to harass the petitioner without any legally sustainable complaint.

2. According to the petitioner, the second respondent served summons dated 19.11.2024 to appear for enquiry on 21.11.2024 on the complaint given by the third respondent without mentioning the nature of complaint. Therefore the petitioner has sought time to appear for enquiry. Thereafter the petitioner has sent representation dated 21.11.2024 to know about the complaint and seeking copy of the complaint. Thereafter the second respondent without serving the copy of the complaint called the petitioner over phone and threatened, hence he sent a representation on 31.12.2024 to the respondents informing not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry but the same has not been considered by the respondents, hence the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that already on the complaint given by 2/5

the third respondent enquiry was conducted, First Information Report was registered and thereafter it was closed as 'Action Dropped' and the fact of the closure report was also informed to the defacto complainant/third respondent herein.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent also not disputed the above said closure report

5. In view of the above said facts, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case and hence the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
