Common Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all CRL MP's and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents in all CRL MP's, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the orders dated 13.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.19062, 19063, 19066, 19068, 19069, 19074, 19075, 19076, 19077 & 19078 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.19062, 19063, 19066, 19068, 19069, 19074, 19075, 19076, 19077 & 19078 of 2024 on 13.11.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions nearly 24 days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). Nos.19062, 19063, 19066, 19068, 4/6

19069, 19074, 19075, 19076, 19077 & 19078 of 2024 on 13.11.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned respondent police as and when required.
