ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 02.12.2024 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submits that the petitioners did not appear before the respondent-Police and co-operate with the investigation.

3. When the matter was taken up by this Court on 20.02.2025, this Court observed as follows:

"No representation for the petitioners.

With a view to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, this matter is adjourned to 26.02.2025."

3. Today also, the same position i.e., there is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the conduct of the petitioners, this Court is of the view that the 2/3

petitioners have no apprehension of arrest. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
