Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direction or appropriate writ to implement the order passed in W.P(MD)No.12922 of 2018 order dated 25.02.2019 passed by this Court and consequently direct the respondents to provide Teacher Eligibility Test Certificate in order to participate the petitioner in the present Recruitment Notification No.03/2023, dated 25.10.2023 passed by Teacher Recruitment Board on the basis of several representations made by the petitioner on 25.04.2019, 10.09.2019, 25.09.2023 and 01.11.2023. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to provide Teacher Eligibility Test Certificate to the writ petitioner based upon the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.12922 of 2018, dated 25.02.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second and third respondents brought to the notice of the Court that already eligibility certificate has been issued to the writ petitioner 2/4

indicating that she had passed Paper - II. In view of the fact that the request of the writ petitioner has already been conceded to by the respondents, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
