Prayer in WMP(MD). No.25027 of 2024:- This Writ Misceallenous Petition under the article 226 of constitution of India to recall the order dated 10.09.2024 passed in WP(MD) 21501/2024 and thus render justice Prayer in WP(MD). 21501/ 2024 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to remove the wrong entry of the name Vazhikathaperumal Nadar made in the Patta bearing No.479 during UDR Scheme in respect of land in survey No.104/1C Admeasuring 1 acre 26 cents situated at kalakkadu part -II, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue Joint Patta by including the names of petitioners father late.Sundaram Iyyer and petitioners brother namely K.S.Venkatasubramanian in respect of survey No.104/1C admeasuring 1 acre 26 cents situated at Kalakkadu part-II Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District by con sidering the representations dated 11.04.

2022 and 27.07.2024 ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.RaghulPriyan Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.K.R.

The above Miscellaneous Petition is filed to recall the order dated 10.09.2024 passed in W.P.(MD).No.21501/2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Petition no longer survives and the matter has become infructuous.
