This petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedachandur, to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 170 of 2007 pending before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedachandur.

3. The case in C.C.No. 170 of 2007 obviously is pertaining to the year of 2007. Hence, the following direction is issued: The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedachandur, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No. 170 of 2007 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
