This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to praying to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District in Cr.M.P.No.11916 of 2010 in C.C.No.247 of 2003 vide his order dated 03.11.2010.

2. In the previous hearing date, i.e., on 03.06.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter is directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
