ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. 2.The writ petitioner states that he is the landlord in respect of the petition mentioned premises and that the tenant is not paying him any rent also. If that be so, the petitioner has to avail his statutory remedy in the manner set out in the statute. Sending representation and seeking its disposal by filing writ petition is not appropriate. 3.I grant liberty to the petitioner to file a formal petition before the first respondent. As and when the same is filed, it shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The contentions and defences of the private respondents are left open.
