ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Physical Education Teacher, who was working in the third respondent aided School challenging the order of suspension imposed upon her on 10.11.2023 on the ground that the said order is not backed by a School Committee resolution.

2. Mr.E.V.N.Siva, learned Counsel takes notice for the respondents 3 to 5.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 on instructions, submits that the respondents have decided to recall the order of suspension, dated 10.11.2023 and the charge memo, dated 11.11.2023 with liberty to proceed afresh in a manner known to law.

4. In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The petitioner undertakes to report for duty tomorrow (28.11.2023). This writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
