ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC, in Crime No.306 of 2013, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Cr.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is completed and the charge sheet was also filed before the concerned Court. Hence, apprehension of the petitioner does not arise in this case.
