JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 19.11.2024 passed in Cr.M.P.No.309 of 2024 in Spl.S.C.No.85 of 2024 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, rejecting the bail petition filed by the appellant.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that apart from this case, the appellant is also involved in two murder cases and therefore, considering the antecedent of the appellant, the bail petition filed by the appellant was dismissed by the learned Sessions Judge. He further submits that in the present case, final report was filed and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.85 of 2024 and now, the case is posted for 2/4

framing of charges.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 24.02.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
