ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.394 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022 on the file of the first respondent registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) & 506(i) of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that the 1st respondent police have concluded the investigation and the investigation revealed that the petitioner who is arrayed as A4 and one Vaisali who is arrayed as A3 are not involved in the alleged offence and therefore they shall file final report deleting their names. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) also filed a status report of the 1st respondent police dated 17.09.2025 to that effect.

3. The said status report is taken on record. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), nothing survives for further adjudication.
