ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.03.2023 for the offences under Sections 392 IPC in Crime No.32 of 2023 on the file 1/3
of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The earlier two bail petitions filed by the petitioner have been dismissed on merits.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case is now at the stage of examination of the investigation officer.
4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.
